To submit a walk, social event or trip away for the website or our next programme please select the event type below and fill in as many details as you can. Some of the fields need to be filled in before you can submit the form.

When you hit the 'Submit' button the details will be automatically sent to the Programme Secretary or Social Secretary for the group, depending on the event type. You will also receive a confirmation email that your event has been entered for inclusion. If you find any of the details wrong, you can simply reply to the email with the corrections.
